Really cool palette choices! Whenever I want or need help with a color palette, I go to https://color.adobe.com/create/color-wheel . It really helps with me figuring out how color palettes work!

Good stuff, I like it! I definitely enjoy the coloring and shading. I do see a few things that you can improve to make your style and art in general pop out. Using simple shapes in the sketching phase really helps me in trying to introduce form in anatomy, and I can later capitalize on it down the line (especially with shading). That's generally a thing that I realize when I look at your art.
The fundamentals of painting are there, but your shapes/forms/anatomy can be improved to make your style really pop off the screen!
