It's nothing super crazy actually, definitely not perfect, like you wouldn't be able to just grab this and 3d print it as a figure without a little cleanup. Like some of the liberties I take to make things look 2d on purpose would look weird from other angles, like the hair, but as far as things go what you see is what you get

well first I placed all the deformation bones, then I trailed and errored with the mechanisms and constraints :P
